    IT IS NOT A PARTY-LIST. It is a non-partisan, multi sectoral voluntary movement of concerned citizens who seek only the best interest of their country and its people. KABISIG is a way of life that which asserts the Filipino’s active involvement in participatory democracy and rejects apathy and mendicant mentality. KABISIG is a people’s movement, the bonding together of Filipinos to form collective strength which can be harnessed for poverty alleviation efforts and to speed up the implementation of development program and projects.
