President Aquino issued Memorandum Circular No 12 on December 9, 2010 authorizing all government agencies and instrumentalities to extend support and participation in the conduct of the Kabisig National Government Expo and Trade fair 2011. The theme of the exhibit is "Maging Mabuting Pilipino: Makialam, Maki-alam at Makipagtulungan sa Pamahalaan"
The project aims to bring together in one venue all government agencies and instrumentalities , as well as GOCCs and GFIs, which will likewise feature the profiles, service facilities and programs projects, products and accomplishments of the national government. The first expo and trade fair will be held in Davao City for Mindanao at SM City-Davao on February 22-25, 2011 in time for the celebration of EDSA People Power I . The next will be on June 10-14, 2011 at SM Mall of Asia for Luzon and for Visayas it will be held in Cebu City tentatively re-scheduled on September 2011.
