Kabisig Government Expo 2007 at SM Mall of Asia

PGMA SUPPORTS KABISIG GOV’T . EXPO PROJECT

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has issued Memorandum Order No. 245 authorizing all government agencies and instrumentalities to extend support and participation in the Kabisig Government Expo 2007 in capital towns and cities nationwide. In Manila, this will be held at the Music Hall of SM Mall of Asia on September 17-21, 2007 , in Zamboanga City on October, 8-11, 2007 at the Western Mindanao State University Gym and in other cities the schedules are still being finalized

Chairman Daniel C. Guillen of Kabisig explained that the exhibit is a one-stop awareness and appreciation showcase of government agencies profiles, service facilities, programs, projects, products and accomplishments. He pointed out that many of the government agencies are not known to the public and the people are unaware of their accomplishments .He said that the Office of the President has finally recognized this kind of project through the issuance of the said memorandum order.
